What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can change. For that reason, we strongly recommend travel insurance. Please note that insurance coverage varies and may not reimburse every expense associated with your trip. Review the full booking and cancellation terms before reserving, and contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. You may pay using a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card without creating one.

If you prefer an alternative payment method, such as Wise or bank transfer, please contact us before sending payment. Alternative payment methods may involve additional transfer or processing fees, which are the guest’s responsibility.

Where should I book my flight?

For economy travel, we recommend beginning your search with Skyscanner, then booking directly with the airline whenever possible. If you are considering business or first class, feel free to reach out before booking. As a registered travel advisor, I can check for available upgrades or preferred options, though you are always welcome to book independently.

Is airfare included?

No. Airfare is not included in the trip price. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Paris.

When should I arrive for the included transfer?

Airport-to-hotel transfer is included for guests arriving within the designated group-arrival window. Please share your flight details once booked so we can coordinate your arrival. Guests arriving outside that window may arrange their own transfer or request assistance arranging one.
